BMRC is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit corporation. Our model railroad construction and maintenance fund is supported almost entirely by donations from the public. We receive donations from visitors at our open house events regularly. In the past, we have received donations from local Blissfield businesses and our BMRC members.
We also accept donations of model railroad equipment (all scales), which we may use on the railroad or sell in order to purchase needed equipment and scenery.
All donations are tax deductible and receipts are available on request.

June 29, 2023 Thanks to Michael and Threse Laird of Hudson, MI for their generous donation of HO scale buildings and other equipment. This donation will make a fine addition to our train show sales stock. Some of the beautiful buildings may well find their way on to the BMRC layout. Donations like this are really appreciated by BMRC as train show sales make up about one quarter of our income.
