BMRC is planning a clearance sale of its collection of donated model railroad equipment. The sale will be at the BMRC clubhouse and the only dealers will be the club itself and our individual members. The date is May 17 (Saturday) and the hours will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We will not be advertising the sale in newspapers, etc. as we are aiming the sale at buyers, not our normal open house crowd. Business cards with sale details on the back will be available at the train shows in Saline, MI in February and the Toledo, OH show in March.
Equipment for sale will include both HO and O scale locomotives, passenger and freight cars, structures, power packs, photos, artwork, modeling products, etc. Almost all of the items for sale are in excellent condition. Some are new but without boxes.
As this is a fundraising effort for our club, prices will be bargains and quantity purchases will result in further discounts. Our HO scale (large) model railroad will be operating during the sale for the enjoyment of our customers.
